Biography:
Vision is an artificial being featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He first appeared in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015).
Originally created by the villain Ultron as a synthetic body for himself, Vision was ultimately repurposed by the Avengers. He was given life through a combination of the Mind Stone (one of the powerful Infinity Stones), vibranium, and the brainwaves of Tony Stark and Bruce Banner.
Vision possesses superhuman strength, speed, density control, and the ability to fire energy beams from the Mind Stone on his forehead. He is also capable of flight and phasing through solid objects. He displayed a complex and evolving personality, exhibiting a strong sense of morality and a desire to understand humanity.
He formed a romantic relationship with Wanda Maximoff, also known as Scarlet Witch. Vision's existence was inextricably linked to the Mind Stone, which ultimately led to his tragic death at the hands of Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War (2018), though versions of him reappeared later.
